My name is Celia Tara.
I believe that everything you are searching for already lives within you. Awakening is not something to chase. It's something to remember. Our bodies carry a deep wisdom, a deep remembrance. We just need to learn to feel, and to listen.

For a long time, I suppressed my feelings and lived with constant pain and tension. I did not listen to the signals of my body and my womb. I rarely found rest or stillness, and I lost touch with myself. Through years of taking the pill, I had suppressed my natural cycle and lost my connection to it. Eventually, the pain grew so strong that I could no longer look away.
This time eventually helped me open up and turn inward. I learned to truly listen, and to arrive home in myself again.
