Scope
These terms apply to all bookings between Celia Christine Daude ("Celia Tara") and you, across all offerings: 1:1 sessions, group sessions, the Facilitator Trainings, the six-month online program, and private retreats.
Contract formation
A booking becomes binding once you have received written confirmation from Celia and any required deposit has been received.
Prices, payment, deposits
Full details on prices, instalment plans, and deposits for each offering will be stated here before launch.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, stated separately for 1:1 sessions, group sessions, the facilitator trainings, the six-month online program, and private retreats, will be added here before launch, as the notice periods and refund rules are not the same across these offerings.
Statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The model withdrawal instruction and withdrawal form, plus the specific handling of digital content and of appointments booked at short notice, will be included here before launch.
Digital products and course access
Delivery of digital products and access to online course content will be described here.
Participant obligations and limits of the work
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions before booking. This work is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not replace it. Full details will be stated here before launch.
Liability, cancellation by the facilitator, force majeure
Full liability terms, including cancellation by the facilitator and force majeure provisions, will be added here.
Governing law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin.
