Data we collect
This policy will name every tool that touches visitor data, including the site host, the newsletter provider, the payment provider, any booking or form tool, the Meta pixel and any other analytics, and embedded video.

A cookie consent banner will be in place at launch, before any non-essential script fires, including the Meta pixel. No non-essential cookies or tracking scripts will load before consent.
